Sayler Design specializes in the renovation and upgrade of community spaces and exteriors for condominiums, apartments, offices, restaurants. We work with clients to add value to their properties through interior and exterior design plans to include:

• Interior/Exterior Design
  • Color Plans
  • Space Planning
  • Renovation of clubhouses, dining areas, game rooms, meeting spaces, courtyards, lobbies, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, pools, gyms, and offices
  • Furniture selection
  • Lighting design and upgrades (especially LED conversions)
  • Entry monuments and site signs

Our Process

Sayler Design meets with each client at the project site to discuss the project objectives, and schedule. This initial meeting is at no cost to the client. We then submit a proposal that details the scope of work and fees. The signed agreement and deposit initiate our work.

For color plans, we provide options for the client to choose from. Each option is depicted using photos of the site reflecting the color plans. When the plans are presented, the remainder of the design fee is due. Once the client selects a plan, a test area is painted.
